Regional School Partnerships Representative (Sales & District Support)
Type: Part-Time / Contract (Flexible Schedule)
Location: Remote (regional travel preferred)
Artbx is seeking a Regional School Partnerships Representative to support outreach, relationship-building, and program adoption across schools and districts. This role blends sales with hands-on support to help school leaders understand Artbx program options and implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with principals, PTO leaders, and district teams
  • Schedule and lead program walkthroughs and demos
  • Support quote/invoice requests and program selection
  • Coordinate adoption conversations and follow-up communication
  • Help schools prepare for implementation with guidance and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in education (teacher, administrator, or school support role)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with presentations and outreach
  • Familiarity with school purchasing processes is a plus

District Implementation & Curriculum Support Specialist
Type: Part-Time / Contract
Location: Remote
This role supports successful school and district implementation of Artbx. You will help schools understand program setup, pacing options, and curriculum documentation (scope & sequence, curriculum maps, alignment materials).
Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding and implementation planning for school sites
  • Answer curriculum-related questions from staff and administrators
  • Help districts access documentation needed for review/adoption
  • Provide pacing guidance and best-practice implementation support
  • Assist with district-level organization and rollout coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Elementary teaching experience (art experience is a plus)
  • Strong organization and customer support communication
  • Familiarity with curriculum planning and standards language

Customer Support & School Success Coordinator
Type: Part-Time / Contract
Location: Remote
Artbx is seeking a friendly, reliable coordinator to support schools using the platform. This is a communication-focused role that helps ensure schools receive quick answers and smooth support.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to school questions via email
  • Assist with quotes/invoices and documentation requests
  • Support login/access questions and troubleshooting
  • Track and organize requests so schools receive fast follow-up
  • Maintain a professional, helpful communication style
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong writing and email communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience working with schools, parents, or education programs

Art Curriculum Lesson Creator (K–6)

Type: Part-Time / Contract
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Artbx is seeking an experienced elementary art educator to help expand our lesson library and strengthen curriculum offerings. This role focuses on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate K–6 art lessons that align with visual arts standards and are practical for real classroom implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Design original K–6 visual arts lessons aligned to the National Core Arts Standards (NCAS)
  • Create clear, teacher-friendly lesson plans with step-by-step instructions
  • Develop lesson pacing and scaffolds for diverse student skill levels
  • Recommend materials lists that work in typical school settings
  • Contribute to curriculum structure (scope & sequence, strands, and grade-band progression)
  • Collaborate with the Artbx team to ensure consistent formatting and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience teaching elementary visual arts (K–6)
  • Strong understanding of standards-based planning and art skill progression
  • Ability to write clear, practical, classroom-ready instructions
  • Familiarity with a variety of media (drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, mixed media)
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
  • Experience creating presentation slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
  • Experience filming or planning demo videos
  • Curriculum writing or district adoption experience
